What’s in a name.

THE IDEA BEHIND GINGER & BLACK

The story behind Ginger and Black Photography started after we got our second cocker Stanley. That was 6 years ago and we then had Sydney and Stanley.

Names in my eyes have to have a meaning and connection behind them. Sydney after one of my favourite cities and Stanley after my wife’s father Mr Stanley or of course her maiden name.

Most people call Sydney’s colour either Golden or Ginger and there is no disputing Stanley’s colour Black.

So, with my passion for photography and love of dogs it seemed an obvious choice to name the business after them.

So Ginger & Black was Born.
